Designed to prevent the existence of excessive accumulation or untended growth of weeds, undergrowth or other dead or living plant life; or stagnant water, rubbish, garbage, refuse, debris, and trash. Violators of code will receive a written notice listing conditions. Property owners are given 7 days from date of service of certified mail to correct violations. Failure to correct violations results in cleaning by city or a contractor with property owner billed and a lien assessed against property if debt remains unpaid.
